Hello School Social Workers! Anthro Med Education is a team of former educators and clinicians dedicated to supporting school-based professionals.

We're hiring a full-time High School Social Worker in Thornton, Colorado, to join the team ASAP through May 21, 2027. This role is ideal for a School Social Worker who enjoys working within special education and providing meaningful mental health support to high school students with a range of needs.

What Your Role Will Look Like

• High school setting
• Full-time
• Start: ASAP
• Provide Mental Health Services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Support students with mild-to-moderate needs, Affective Needs, and Significant Support Needs
• Collaborate with special education teams, school staff, families, and other professionals to support student success

Clinical Support Through Anthro Med

• Regular caseload support and mentorship from our Clinical Support Director
• Bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration, networking, and case support

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Eligible for or holding a Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License with a School Social Worker endorsement
• Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
• Previous special education experience preferred
