Duration: 13 Weeks

Work Schedule:

Days, 5x8 hours, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Pay rate: $60 - $65/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Seeking a qualified School Social Worker to provide social-emotional support, counseling, and care coordination services to students in a school setting. The Social Worker will collaborate with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral, emotional, and social needs.
• Assess students' social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling and supportive services.
• Develop and implement appropriate intervention and support plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral support, and resource coordination.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Support student safety, well-being, and educational success.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related qualification as required.
• Appropriate Colorado licensure/certification for school social work.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or school-age populations preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, counseling, and care coordination skills.
