TITLE:
Software Engineer
Required:
Active TS/SCI Clearance RATE RANGE: $50.00/hr - $102.00/hr W2
** depends on experience and benefits chosen
** DURATION: 12-month contract or contract to hire ONSITE
LOCATION:
Aurora, CO
*** No C2C, we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
*** We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Software Engineers with a Active TS/SCI Clearance for an on-site Aurora, CO REQUIREMENTS
* Active TS/SCI Clearance
* Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 - 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience
* Experience developing software using C++ and Java
* Experience with satellite command & telemetry or a similar domain
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with Eclipse Command & Telemetry Product Line
* Experience developing software using Python
* Experience with Agile development
* Experience with development tools such as Confluence, Eclipse, Jira, Jenkins, Junit, Kafka, and Spring Boot
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for satellite ground systems.
* Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.
What You Will Learn
* A breadth of advanced software technologies and techniques including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice software design
* Modern Dev Sec Ops and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques
* Satellite ground system technologies including command & telemetry, flight dynamics, planning and scheduling, and spacecraft operations
