Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation - Playwright)

Englewood, CO (Onsite)

Contract on W2

• We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright test automation, framework development, and scalability engineering.
• Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks, integrating SQL validations into automated test suites, and ensuring seamless CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Implement BDD/TDD methodologies, familiar with Cucumber where applicable.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and Dev Ops teams to ensure testability and quality across the SDLC.

• 3-7+ years of QA experience focused on test automation.
• Expert-level experience with Playwright (JavaScript/Type Script preferred).
• Hands‑on experience building automation frameworks from scratch, with attention to scalability and maintainability.
• Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, validating data, integrating SQL logic into tests).
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab CI).
• Solid understanding of BDD/TDD, including writing executable specifications in business‑friendly language.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with Cucumber, Spec Flow, or similar BDD frameworks.
• Knowledge of service‑level testing including API automation (REST/Graph

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
• Experience with performance or load testing.
• Experience with version control using Git.
