Outside Analytics has recently become a proud subsidiary of SMX. We build, integrate, and operationally support our customers space-ground systems, including real-time data processing, sensor data processing, and data visualization across orbital regimes (LEO, MEO, HEO, and GEO).

Responsibilities

Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work on various devices.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Utilize Gitlab for project management and tracking.
Apply DoD standards and protocols to ensure compliance and security.

Qualifications

Secret clearance (ability to obtain Secret clearance, i.e. U.S. Citizenship required)
Experience with back-end development, including Python
Familiarity with version control systems such as Gitlab
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with DoD projects is highly desirable
Proficiency in using Gitlab for project management
A passion for learning and staying current with industry trends
5+ years experience

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with CI/CD
Continuous integration/continuous delivery techniques
Familiarity with C++
