Sr. Software Engineer - Full Stack - UI Make an Impact with Healthcare Technology Jobs That Matter

The Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, and maintains scalable, high‑performance full‑stack applications with a strong emphasis on modern UI/UX. This role spans front‑end architecture, backend services, APIs, and cloud‑native deployment. The engineer leads UI innovation while contributing across the stack to deliver highly responsive, reliable, and secure enterprise systems, supports continuous improvements, and mentors other software engineers. Agile methods are applied throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop modern web applications using component‑based UI frameworks
Build scalable backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL)
Lead UI architecture modernization (micro‑frontends, design systems)
Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams
Contribute across the full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment)
Implement performance optimization, observability, and security best practices
Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence
Support CI/CD and Dev Ops practices

Front‑End / UI Focus

Advanced expertise in Type Script, Angular (latest), React, SignalR, or Vue
CSS frameworks
Micro‑frontend architecture
Web performance optimization

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
At least 7+ years relevant work experience and track record in Software Development
At least 4 years front‑end/UI development
Proven experience delivering full‑stack applications
Comfortable working on both Linux and Windows
Excellent skills in problem solving and communication

Desirable, but not Essential

Experience in the field of inventory management systems, supply chain or logistics, medical or health care software
Experience with AI‑enabled UI features and tools
Ability to possibly meet with customers

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, plus bonus. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
