Position Title
Full Stack .NET / Cloud / Dev Ops Lead I - Software Engineering
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑grade applications using Microsoft technology stack.
- Architect and implement microservices‑based solutions following cloud‑native principles.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and high‑performance solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices using tools like Confluence.
- Drive improvements in application performance, scalability, and monitoring.
- Support cloud adoption strategies, including multi‑tenancy and orchestration.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong foundation in Object‑Oriented Analysis & Design (OOA/OOD).
- Design patterns, enterprise patterns, anti‑patterns.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying .NET‑based application frameworks, building microservices architectures, hands‑on experience with PaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MVC data binding concepts, application performance monitoring tools.
- Experience with version control systems (Git Lab / Azure Dev Ops).
- Nice‑to‑Have:
Blue‑green deployment strategies, enterprise messaging platforms, cloud cost optimization and cloud‑agnostic design.
Texas
Compensation$75,000–$113,000
BenefitsFull‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
