You will contribute to the development of Firmware and FPGA solutions for advanced electronic test and measurement instruments, such as spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and related measurement systems. You will participate in the design and implementation of embedded software, digital signal processing functions, high-speed data processing systems, hardware control features, and FPGA-based solutions to meet product requirements.

Working closely with hardware, software, system, and manufacturing teams, you will support system integration, debugging, and verification activities throughout the product development lifecycle. You will troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to product qualification and manufacturing readiness, and collaborate with global R&D teams to help deliver high-quality measurement solutions.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in firmware, FPGA, embedded software, or digital system development.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Embedded software or firmware development using C/C++
• Software development using C#, C++, or similar programming languages
• FPGA design and development using Verilog, System Verilog, or VHDL
• Digital signal processing (DSP)
• High-speed digital interfaces and data processing
• Experience with system integration, debugging, and verification.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing electronic test and measurement instruments.
• Experience with AMD/Xilinx or Intel FPGA devices and development tools.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve software, firmware, or FPGA development productivity.
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, JESD
  204, DDR, or Ser Des technologies.
• Experience implementing DSP algorithms in FPGA, firmware, or software.
• Working proficiency in English.
