Outside Service Team Member

Overview

The Sonnenalp Golf Club in Edwards is seeking Outside Services Golf staff for a seasonal position starting April 1st through October 31st. This position will be open 90 days or until filled.
Wage Range: $16.00 to $17.50 per hour DOE, plus cash tips.

Primary Purpose Of Position
As an Outside Services Staff member, you will be the face of our golf course, responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our valued members and guests. Your primary duties will include managing tee times, maintaining golf course facilities, and providing top-notch customer service.

• Greet and assist golfers in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage tee times, ensuring an efficient pace of play
• Maintain golf course facilities, including cart barn, driving range, and bag storage areas
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Assist with golf cart maintenance and inventory

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous guest service experience in a golf or hospitality setting is a plus
• Passion for golf and a strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
