Climate Express Drivers help deliver freight across the United States. The role involves driving to and from customer locations, loading and unloading cargo, and maintaining compliance with safety and company policies.

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks
• Volvo trucks are equipped with 68‑mile cruise control and pedal assistance
• Ergonomically designed seats and controlled steering
• 70 L/96 W sleepers with built‑in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios

Safety is a shared responsibility among drivers and operations staff. Dispatchers are experienced and ensure safe, legal routing within the U.S. mid‑circuit. Trucks receive regular maintenance and are serviced by a 24/7 shop.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. Dispatchers and drivers know each other by name, fostering a supportive culture. The operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience, determined after full processing. Drivers are paid for loaded and empty miles. The company offers annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.
