Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $14.81 - $21.00 per hour (minimum wage or higher based on location). Additional compensation may include annual and quarterly performance premiums, schedule, facility, season or specific work premiums. • Operate company delivery vehicles to safely and efficiently deliver parts and products to professional customers.
• Use hand‑held fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, security of keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, devices and collected money.
• Pick up customer returns (new, warranty, cores, etc.) and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate customer issues or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents or damage immediately to the store manager.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicles at the end of each business day.
• Clock in/out in compliance with company policy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, running errands, checking in stock orders and occasional cashier or merchandising support.

• Legal, state‑required driver’s license and a clean 14/18‑point driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly and accurately.
• Adaptability to changing delivery situations.

• Familiarity with automotive parts is desired.
• Experience operating light store equipment.
• Multilingual fluency, especially Spanish, is highly desired.
