Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $14.81 - $21.00 per hour (minimum wage or higher based on location). Additional compensation may include annual and quarterly performance premiums, schedule, facility, season or specific work premiums. Responsibilities- Operate company delivery vehicles to safely and efficiently deliver parts and products to professional customers.
- Use hand‑held fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage and complete daily vehicle inspections.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, security of keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, devices and collected money.
- Pick up customer returns (new, warranty, cores, etc.) and fill out driver return slips.
- Communicate customer issues or special needs to store management.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents or damage immediately to the store manager.
- Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicles at the end of each business day.
- Clock in/out in compliance with company policy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, running errands, checking in stock orders and occasional cashier or merchandising support.
- Legal, state‑required driver’s license and a clean 14/18‑point driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly and accurately.
- Adaptability to changing delivery situations.
- Familiarity with automotive parts is desired.
- Experience operating light store equipment.
- Multilingual fluency, especially Spanish, is highly desired.
