Flatbed CDL-A Driver – Home Weekends – $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Earn $54,850.64 – $ per Year – Full Benefits

We are looking for experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes throughout the western United States. As a driver, you will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

• Ensure safe and timely delivery of all loads.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation.

• Valid Class A driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21 years or older.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check required.
• Clean drug test required.
• Clean clearinghouse results required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice; will be tested during orientation.
• Preferred: 1‑year truck driving experience (not required).

• Earn $0.51 to $0.79 per mile, depending on experience.
• Weekly pay ranging from $1,054.82 to $1,949.36 depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.
• Accessorial compensation including tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as appropriate.
• $5,000 hiring bonus available for eligible zip codes.

• Hosted at our office in Spokane, Washington; airfare, single‑occupancy room, breakfast, lunch provided.
• Arrive Monday and receive truck by Saturday.

• Pets are not allowed.
• Guest riders aged 7 and up allowed after 90 days of safe driving.

• Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving.
• Must be living in an eligible zip code for the Front Range service area (Fort Collins through Colorado Springs).
• Eligibility determined at time of application.
• Payout is made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active employment.
• • 1st payout: $1,250 at 90‑day period.
  • 2nd payout: $1,250 at next 90‑day period.
  • 3rd payout: $1,250 at next 90‑day period.
  • 4th and final payment: $1,250 at next 90‑day period.
• Owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (less than 4 months CDL‑A driving experience) are not eligible.
