Flatbed CDL-A Driver

Opportunity Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A Flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western United States. Drivers will transport high‑value goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Eligible applicants from the Front Range service area (Fort Collins through Colorado Springs) can qualify for a $5,000 Hiring Bonus. Bonus eligibility is determined at the time of application.

Weekly Pay: $1,054.82 – $1,949.36 per week

Annual Pay: $54,850.64 – $ per year

Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.51 – $0.79 per mile, depending on experience.

Accessorial compensation (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay) is included as appropriate.

A $1,800 Transition Package is offered: $1,000 is allocated to orientation for the first two weeks.

• Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving to receive the payout.
• Eligibility limited to zip codes within the Front Range service area.
• Payout is made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active and good‑standing employment.
• 1st payout: $1,250.00 at 90 days.
• 2nd payout: $1,250.00 at 180 days.
• 3rd payout: $1,250.00 at 270 days.
• 4th and final payout: $1,250.00 at 360 days.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 21 years of age
• At least 4 months of driving experience
• Safe driving record
• No more than six jobs in the last three years
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse result required
• Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (required test at orientation)
