THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. This role involves performing onsite client pickups of decommissioned IT equipment, ensuring secure handling and transport in accordance with company and industry data security standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to safe driving practices, excellent customer service, and reliable schedule management. Prior experience in logistics or ITAD services is a plus, but not required.

  • Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with some additional hours if client pick-ups require (i.e. must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary.)
  • Reports to:

    Director of Operations
  • Location:

    Mead, Colorado

Position responsibilities include local pick-ups, as well as regional pick-ups. For regional pick-ups, you may be a couple of hours away, or a couple of states away. So you must be willing to travel by truck or plane as needed!

This role involves travel away from home about 50% of the time. We care deeply about work-life balance and collaborate with our drivers to build schedules that are efficient, realistic, and human. You’ll always receive as much advance notice as possible before each trip.

This position has various responsibilities; driving, loading & unloading, managing inventory, general warehouse duties, and processing (sorting) electronics. The perfect fit will be someone adaptable, who loves being a team player.
