Description BETTER THAN YESTERDAYThat is not a slogan on a wall. It is the standard we hold every route, every
stop, every day, and it is what we will ask of you.
Internally we call this role a Delivery Captain, because you run the truck. You
lead the delivery, you set the tone with the member, you coach the helper riding
with you, and you own the outcome of every stop on your route. You are the person
our members meet at the door and the person your crew learns the job from.
WHAT YOU WILL OWNSafety, first and always
- Pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, documented, every day
- Every safety protocol followed, no shortcuts, no exceptions
- Any concern, near miss, or incident reported immediately
The route
- Manage your day to hit every scheduled delivery window
- Complete, accurate proof-of-delivery photos at every stop
- Every delivery completed without damage to product, property, or people
The install
- Appliances installed correctly and to standard, full training provided
- Test cycle run on every washer and dryer before you leave
- Truck and equipment clean, organized, and stocked
The member experience
- Walk the member through their delivery. The goal is five stars at every stop.
- Address problems on the spot and elevate anything above your authority
- Represent P2 professionally at every interaction
Your crew
- Coach and develop the helper on your truck to the same standard you hold
- Create accountability while keeping morale and professionalism intact
- Never ask a teammate to meet a standard you will not meet yourself
Protect the member. Protect the crew. Protect the brand.
Lead with humility. Own every outcome.
Leave every stop better than you found it.
That is the job, in six lines. If you read that and thought "that is how I
already work," you are the person we are looking for.
