Shipping & Receiving Associate – Temp-to-Hire Pay: $21–$22/hr, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

Hours:

7:00 AM–3:30 PM OR 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Looking for a hands-on Shipping & Receiving position with steady weekday hours? We're hiring an experienced associate to help keep materials, parts, and shipments moving efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Prepare, box, crate, palletize, and secure outgoing materials
• Load and unload parts, equipment, and larger components
• Deliver materials to production and office areas
• Process shipping/receiving paperwork and enter data into computer systems
• Prepare shipments using UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and other carriers
• Schedule shipping methods, carriers, and shipment dates
• Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Hands-on shipping and receiving experience
• Computer and shipping software experience
• International shipping experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
