** Purpose
* * Keep our warehouse running smoothly so every install starts right. By organizing materials, prepping orders, and supporting the field, the Warehouse Associate directly contributes to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the HVAC team.

* Experience:

**
* ** 6+ months in warehouse or distribution preferred, but not required**
* ** HVAC industry experience is a plus**
- *
* Skills:

**
* ** Basic computer proficiency (email, inventory systems, etc.)**
* ** Strong attention to detail**
* ** Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly**

* Soft Skills:

**
* ** Reliable, team-oriented, and organized**
* ** Clear communication skills and willingness to learn**
- ** Other Requirements:**
* ** Valid driver’s license**
* ** Must pass background check and drug screening**
* ** Availability for occasional Saturday shifts
**** Pay Range:** $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
