Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Location:Commerce City, CO
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position supports day-to-day operations across various warehouse functions including Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, and Receiving. The ideal candidate is punctual, a self-starter, and has a positive attitude.

Health & Safety

• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Immediately report any incidents, injuries, or hazards

• Actively participate in safety programs and training

• Support a safe and environmentally responsible workplace

Quality Control

• Adhere to standard operating procedures and work instructions

• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products

• Identify and isolate non-conforming materials

• Report discrepancies and quality issues in a timely manner

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, sort, label, and store goods efficiently

• Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship orders

• Maintain organization of inventory and optimize storage

• Meet cycle time and productivity standards

Team Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts

• Assist in general warehouse duties as assigned

• Prior warehouse experience required (work orders, kitting, receiving, storing parts)

• Forklift experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Willingness to work a consistent 1st shift schedule
