Work Schedule
- Monday - Thursday
- 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 40 Hours per Week
- On-site Interview
- Approx. 30 Minutes
The Warehouse Coordinator will support daily warehouse operations by coordinating activities across areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, and Inventory. This role requires hands-on warehouse experience, forklift/PIV operation, inventory management, and strong coordination skills while working closely with operations management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Inventory management experience
- Forklift operating experience
- PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Warehouse Operations
- Coordinate warehouse activities under the direction of Operations Management
- Support Inbound, Outbound, Shipping, Receiving, and Kitting operations
- Receive incoming goods and verify shipment accuracy
- Sort, label, package, and store materials properly
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize warehouse storage efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship products based on customer requirements
- Perform quality inspections for damages and discrepancies
- Identify and report non-conforming or damaged materials
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures and policies
- Use proper PPE at all times
- Report hazards, incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with routine equipment care and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with warehouse teams and support staff
- Support employee training completion and process improvements
- Help improve warehouse safety, quality, and material flow
- Work collaboratively with peers and maintenance teams to identify equipment repair needs
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support business needs
