Industrial Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate – Ferguson, a Fortune 500 distributor of building materials, is looking for an energetic team member to join our warehouse operations.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm. Pay:
Starts at $19.15 per hour and may increase based on experience.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean workspace and assist in keeping the facility safe and accident‑free.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs.

• 1‑5years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter with the ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lb regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

• Pay Range: $19.15 – $28.72 per hour.
• Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
