Warehouse Worker

Position Summary
:
The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is to manage warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery setup, ensuring safety compliance and high customer service standards.

• Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
• Pull accurate materials and place them in appropriate areas for customer pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload trucks as necessary.
• Maintain inventory controls by minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy.
• Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations.
• Establish, maintain, and promote high standards of customer service.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to company operating standards.
• Operate a forklift as required.

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience or more preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk/stand for most of the shift.
• Wears protective gear and steel‑toed boots.
• Proficient in operating warehouse machinery, including forklift.

• Displays trust, integrity, and servant leadership in a non‑people‑management role.
• Works independently and as part of a team, leading, executing, or delegating as needed.
• Builds effective relationships at all levels and promotes an inclusive environment.
• Shows initiative, is proactive, and drives results.
• Communicates professionally, both verbally and in writing, to coworkers and customers.

• Remain stationary 50% of shift; frequently move within the warehouse.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs. while wearing protective gear and steel‑toed boots.
• Operates warehouse machinery and forklift.
• Communicates accurately with team and management.

• Problem‑solve and prioritize tasks.
• Manage stress and multitask effectively.
• Receive information and communicate solutions quickly.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and initiative.
