Hiring Material Handler in Monument - Swing Shift

Pay: $18.70/hour

We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable using scanners and computers to manage inventory transactions.

• Receive, stock, transfer, and issue materials using scanners and inventory systems.
• Process material movements, including dock-to-stock, floor returns, kits, transfers, and MRO transactions.
• Verify inventory accuracy and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory control efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, health, and security procedures.
• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure material availability.

• 1 year of experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes preferred.
• Ability to use scanners and computers for inventory transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience handling electronic components or printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Familiarity with MROs, floor returns, and inventory management systems.

• Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Training:
  Wednesday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-site)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $18.70/hr.
