Warehouse Support Technician

The Warehouse Support Technician supports warehouse operations with a focus on freight claims, return processing, and administrative support. This role also assists warehouse teams with miscellaneous tasks to help maintain overall efficiency.

• Freight Claims & Returns
• Process and manage freight claims, including required documentation and follow-up.
• Investigate shipment issues such as damages or shortages.
• Create RMAs and return shipping labels.
• Schedule and track pickups related to RMA returns.

• Warehouse & Administrative Support
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and operational needs.
• Support warehouse managers with administrative duties and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of claims and returns.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of claims and returns.
• Act as a liaison between warehouse operations and internal teams as needed.

• General Expectations
• Maintain professional communication with internal teams and carriers.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse support, shipping/receiving, logistics, or an administrative support role preferred.
• Ability to investigate shipping issues such as damaged, lost, or short shipments.
• Experience maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience processing freight claims with carriers (such as UPS, Fed Ex, LTL, or freight companies) is a plus.
