Warehouse & Yard Associate – DAY SHIFT (7AM – 3:30PM | M–F | 70% Forklift Operation)

Denver, CO
Pay: $22/hr (aggressive wage progression program)

Join a fast-growing fencing and decking manufacturer as a Warehouse & Yard Associate and work a consistent Monday–Friday, 7AM–3:30PM shift—with occasional OT if you want to stack some extra cash.

You’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—pulling orders, loading trucks, and keeping the yard clean and organized. If you’re forklift-certified and know how to hustle without cutting corners, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move materials in the warehouse and outdoor yard (Steel & Lumber)
• Pull, prep, and package customer orders accurately
• Receive incoming materials and put them away properly
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized yard and warehouse environments
• Rotate stock to ensure efficient inventory flow
• Complete work orders and shipping documents with accuracy
• Provide a positive attitude and team-first mentality to keep things running smoothly

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or yard role
• Forklift experience required – certification is a big plus
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs when needed
• Solid basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Experience with building materials or lumber? Even better.
• A customer service mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
