Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue and schedule meetings.;
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.;
Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge, collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.;
Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices like the cash vault or ATMs, in accordance with bank policies.
