About the Role
We're seeking Production Associates to excel in the following role:
Bulk Operator
. Responsible for loading bulk delivery vessels and sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements and ensure compliance within the bulk department to support the production process.

- Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, multiple times per day
- Climb ladders, steps and extensions
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force
- Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach at shoulder level and below
- Perform physical job duties including bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting safely
- Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, using personal protective equipment (PPE), including a dust mask
- Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Team members must be clean shaven to use respirator (including N‑95 dust mask) requiring a proper seal

PayHourly – Hourly Plan, $30.12 USD per hour
Shift DifferentialShift differential is paid in addition to the employee’s regular hourly rate and is included in the calculation of the regular rate for overtime purposes.
