As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and delivering exceptional care during surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care in the operating room
- Assisting with various surgical procedures including Cardiac, Angio, Neuro, Vascular, and Trauma cases
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhering to all safety and compliance regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of Operating Room experience
- Active California RN license
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work possible weekends as needed
