Specialty Care Registered Nurse (Dialysis Unit)
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for Specialty Care Registered Nurses who perform a full range of professional nursing duties in the Dialysis Unit
. Duties include assessing, planning, evaluating and implementing patient care in accordance with accepted standards of practice and organizational policy, administering medications and treatments, performing documentation and providing education to patients and families.
Pre-employment Process: Applicants selected must pass a background investigation, drug test, verification of employment history and education.
Availability: Twenty-four (24) hour responsibility, weekly on-call is required for positions in Acute Hemodialysis.
Certifications: Additional certifications may be required depending on the needs of the department.
Visa Sponsorship: San Bernardino County is not able to consider candidates who will require visa sponsorship at the time of application or in the future.
Candidate Requirements- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Vascular or Hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis course OR
- Certified Nephrology Nurse or Certified Dialysis Nurse Certification
Schedule: Weekly on-call is required for positions in Acute Hemodialysis.
Candidates possessing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and two (2) years of experience in a Dialysis Unit are desired.
