* Credential Copy (Must possess a valid California Single Subject:
Music Teaching Credential authorizing service in the content area. Attach detailed printout from CTC website:  The document must clearly indicate the authorization statements. If you currently enrolled in a credential program, be sure to upload a letter from your university indicating program and internship eligibility.)

Employment is subject to and contingent upon the completion of a criminal background check by the California Department of Justice.
