• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Willingness to work overtime and travel for training or projects
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful completion of a forklift certification course

• Lead and manage daily Service Department operations
• Schedule work, monitor efficiency, and ensure repair standards are met
• Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and coach technicians on repairs and installations
• Conduct monthly safety inspections and uphold shop cleanliness
• Operate company and customer vehicles and forklifts
• Oversee maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment
• Collaborate with leadership to drive department goals
• Assist with phone coverage, work orders, and administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information
• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
