City Automall is a high-energy, customer-focused automotive dealership located just east of Columbia City, Indiana. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Automotive Sales Porter. This role is a key support position that helps ensure our dealership operates smoothly and presents a professional, welcoming environment for every customer who visits our lot. As an Automotive Sales Porter, you will play an important role in the customer experience by maintaining the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot and showroom, assisting customers as they arrive, and supporting the sales team with daily operations.

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the vehicle lot and showroom
• Greet customers on the lot, provide basic assistance, and direct them to the appropriate sales representative
• Safely move, park, and position vehicles to support sales activity and inventory flow
• Assist with tracking vehicle locations and maintaining accurate inventory documentation
• Work closely with sales representatives and managers to support a smooth and efficient sales process
• Ensure the lot is clean, safe, and well-organized to provide an excellent customer experience

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Commitment to delivering a positive and professional customer experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and service teams
