Key Responsibilities
- Lead Site Operations and Team Performance
- Manage daily site operations while directing, coaching, and developing operations staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. - Ensure customer needs are met through timely communication and 24/7 operational support when required.
- Champion Safety and Regulatory Compliance
- Serve as the site’s safety leader by enforcing company safety policies, customer‑specific safety requirements, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. - Perform all duties of a Safety Representative and oversee compliance across the jobsite.
- Develop and Maintain Safety Programs
- Evaluate work environments and implement site‑specific safety programs designed to eliminate hazards, reduce workplace injuries, and minimize OSHA citations. - Identify jobsite deficiencies and develop corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing responsive service, ensuring operational excellence, and consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations. - Drive Continuous Improvement
- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, safety performance, and employee development through ongoing training, policy implementation, documentation, reporting, and best practice adoption.
- Primarily works on active construction and industrial jobsites.
- Regular exposure to changing weather conditions, construction equipment, elevated work areas, and other industrial hazards.
- Requires walking, standing, climbing, and conducting routine safety inspections throughout the worksite.
- Must be available to respond to operational and customer needs outside of standard business hours when necessary.
- Full‑time, exempt position.
- Schedule based on customer and project needs.
- This position requires flexibility and may involve working beyond normal business hours, including extended shifts, to support jobsite operations and customer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Management, Occupational Health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in safety management, operations management, or a related leadership role, preferably within a construction or industrial environment.
- Experience developing and implementing workplace safety programs.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- OSHA 30‑Hour certification is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, OSHT, or CIH are preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to make sound decisions in fast‑paced environments.
- Self‑motivated with a commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to managing risk.
- $85,000–$115,000 based on experience.
- Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two‑weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
