Customer Service Supervisor | 80/20
The Customer Service Supervisor leads our Team Leaders across Customer Support, Order Processing, and Error Resolution. This role provides strategic direction, drives performance through data analysis, and builds a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer excellence.
What You’ll Do:- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Customer Service support teams
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improve efficiency
- Partner with Sales and leadership to resolve customer and account issues
- Improve processes, systems, and quality standards
- Manage staffing, performance reviews, training, and daily operations
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Experience in customer service, order processing, or sales operations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- A hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment
Preferred: 3+ years of customer service and leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or production.
