Customer Service Supervisor | 80/20

The Customer Service Supervisor leads our Team Leaders across Customer Support, Order Processing, and Error Resolution. This role provides strategic direction, drives performance through data analysis, and builds a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer excellence.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Customer Service support teams
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improve efficiency
  • Partner with Sales and leadership to resolve customer and account issues
  • Improve processes, systems, and quality standards
  • Manage staffing, performance reviews, training, and daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience
  • Experience in customer service, order processing, or sales operations
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • A hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment

Preferred: 3+ years of customer service and leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or production.
