** Position Summary
** This role is responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities within a designated value stream. This role involves overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes and deliver high-quality products or services.

Production hours are Monday to Thursday, 5:00 pm to 3:30 am. This position would support production hours as well as overtime hours on Fridays as needed.
** Job Description**# Duties Responsible:
* Provide leadership and direction to a team of individuals within the value stream.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
* Implement Lean or Agile principles to optimize processes within the value stream.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
* Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
* Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that products or services meet defined quality standards.
* Implement corrective actions and preventive measures as necessary.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations within the value stream.
* Foster effective communication and teamwork. Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Support the professional development of team members.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the value stream.
* Generate regular reports on production performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the value stream.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.# Required

Skills and Abilities:

The ideal candidate must possess the following
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing or operational setting.
* Familiarity with Lean or Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data and implement data-driven solutions.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
