About the Position Position DescriptionIt is our prayer that God would send us a candidate that would fit well within our congregation and is being led to serve in our area. An appropriate leader would fulfill all the requirements that Paul describes in 1 Timothy 3. He would need to have a heart to serve those in need, be ready to teach directly from the Bible on Sunday mornings for our congregation of around thirty regular members, and be available to help direct the body in outreach opportunities.
While we have no immediate objections to a younger candidate, it is critical that he be devoted to honoring the Word of God and holding prayer in highest esteem.
