Position: First-Shift Preventive Maintenance Tech – Weekdays, PTO Included

Fort Wayne Metals Research Products LLC in Columbia City is hiring a 1st Shift Preventive Maintenance Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment, perform routine maintenance, and plan machine downtimes in an ISO 9000 environment. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with PM experience preferred, and basic math, reading and communication skills.

You’ll lift 50 lbs, work on lathes/mills, and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with paid trial period and benefits
