• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3‑year driving record.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Requires motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing – Most tasks are from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum. Height of work surfaces is 36‑42 inches.
• Walking – Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting – Bulk product deliveries are unloaded by hand truck. Items may weigh up to 50 pounds and dimensions up to 3′ × 1.5′. Cases are lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carrying – Large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz) are carried from workstation to storage. Occasionally pizza sauce weighing 30 lb is carried to front of store.
• Pushing – Move trays on dollies; a stack requires up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Climbing – Infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladders to change signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
• Forward bending – Necessary at the pizza assembly station and front counter; forward bending occurs for 30‑45 seconds continuously throughout the day.
• Crouching/Squatting – Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching – Continuous; up, down, forward. Workers reach above 72 inches to operate ovens or change price signs.
• Hand Tasks – Continuous use; requires eye‑hand coordination, forearm and wrist force, and manipulation of pizza peel, cutter, and boxes.
• Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids – May use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, peel, and other tools.
