Smart Lam North America is seeking an experienced Safety & Training Coordinator to lead workplace safety initiatives, employee safety training programs, OSHA compliance efforts, and continuous improvement activities at our Columbia Falls manufacturing facility. This position serves as the facility's primary safety resource and plays a key role in protecting our people while supporting operational excellence.

What You'll Do- Lead and continually improve facility safety programs
- Develop and deliver employee safety training and OSHA compliance programs
- Investigate workplace incidents and near misses to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to strengthen our culture of safety
- Help ensure every employee returns home safely at the end of every shift
We're seeking a safety professional who is passionate about protecting people, building effective training programs, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates should have strong OSHA knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience developing workplace safety programs.
