. We're currently looking for a Tire Sales and Service Representative to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers by providing tire products and service solutions that meet their business needs
- Generate new business while growing existing customer accounts
- Sell commercial tires, retread products, preventive maintenance programs, and related services
- Personally perform commercial tire service, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, repairing, and replacing tires on customer vehicles and equipment
- Perform on-site service calls and respond to customer needs in a safe, professional, and timely manner
- Inspect tires, identify maintenance concerns, and recommend products and services that improve tire performance and reduce operating costs
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer information
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Pomp's in a professional manner
- Assist with store operations and other duties as assigned
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in commercial tire service required; commercial tire sales experience preferred
- Ability to safely service commercial tires using industry-standard tools and equipment
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally
