Landscapes North is seeking hardworking and motivated Landscape Team Members to join our growing installation team in Columbia Falls, MT. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy hands‑on outdoor work.

As a Landscape Team Member, you will contribute to high‑end residential landscape installations including patio construction, rock features, grading, plant installation, and basic irrigation. This position requires prior experience – we are looking for individuals who can step onto a job site ready to perform without entry‑level training in core installation skills.

• Assist with landscape installation projects including patios, rock features, grading, and plant installations
• Operate skid steers, excavators, and trailers for site preparation and material handling
• Perform basic irrigation installation and system adjustments
• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, tools, and equipment
• Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow project plans and installation standards precisely
• Remain productive throughout the workday and meet project deadlines
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship on every project

• Proven experience in landscape installation or related construction field
• Ability to operate skid steers, excavators, and trailers safely and efficiently
• Strong understanding of grading, patio construction, rock work, and plant installation
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Willingness to learn and follow company‑specific installation methods
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

• $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
• Weekly pay cycle
• Overtime potential based on project demand

On‑site at residential landscape projects in and around Columbia Falls, Montana. No routine overnight travel required.
