Elementary School Teacher

Bultum Academy is a charter school in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, serving students in PreK-8. We are looking for an experienced educator who wants to join us in building an enriching, welcoming, and student-centered environment for students and families. Our class sizes typically range from 15 to 25 students
. The school’s mission emphasizes meeting students’ academic and social‑emotional needs through a strong learning environment, family partnership, and a focus on helping students grow into confident, capable learners.

We encourage you to apply if you love working with children and are passionate about education. In this role, you will teach foundational skills in reading, writing, math, social studies, and science while also helping students grow socially and emotionally.

You will be supported by a collaborative leadership team that includes our Executive Director, Assistant Director, and Instructional Coach

• Implement curriculum across all subject areas.
• Collaborate with the instructional coach and other staff members to strengthen your practice.
• Maintain regular contact with families.
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

Full-time, Contract.

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
