River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Manager to oversee the daily operations of the nursing department and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

A Day in the Life of an LPN ManagerAs an LPN Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our care team and ensuring exceptional care for our residents. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supervising care staff to ensure the timely and proper completion of duties.
- Administering medications and medical treatments under physician orders.
- Assessing residents' conditions and documenting changes, interventions, and outcomes.
- Coordinating and overseeing activities of daily living while addressing family/social concerns.
- Advocating for superior resident care and promoting service excellence.
- Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Basic Life Certification
- Team-oriented work ethic
- Previous supervisory experience preferred, especially in mental health or long-term care environments.
