Anthony Auto Corp. is hiring experienced A-Level and B-Level technicians. We’re an independent repair shop with a broad mix of maintenance and mechanical repair work.

• A-Level: $65 per flagged hour, with a guaranteed minimum rate of $40 per actual clock hour worked
. Estimated annual earnings: approximately $83,000-$135,000
  .

• B-Level: $55 per flagged hour, with a guaranteed minimum rate of $30 per actual clock hour worked
. Estimated annual earnings: approximately $62,500-$114,000
  .

For each two-week pay period, we compare your flagged production earnings with your guaranteed hourly rate multiplied by your actual clock hours worked. You receive the higher amount for your hours worked. If flagged production is low, the guaranteed rate protects your pay.

PTO and holiday hours are paid at your applicable guaranteed hourly rate. Pay is issued every two weeks.

Annual earnings ranges are estimates based on the pay plan and production assumptions. Actual earnings vary with hours worked and production. The guaranteed hourly rate does not guarantee an annual earnings amount.
