Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on cabins, life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and other systems;
Inspect and repair fixtures, furniture, and finishes; maintain the appearance of cabins and common areas;
Troubleshoot heating/ventilation/air conditioning systems and repair televisions, phones, clock radios, and similar equipment;
Log maintenance requests, follow up on work orders, and support daily guest operations as needed;
Assist in ensuring proper operation of the outpost’s equipment and systems and ensure compliance with procedures
