As a vital member of our organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting various aspects of our pizza delivery operations.

* Provide friendly and efficient customer service through phone and in-person interactions

* Take and process customer orders accurately

* Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items

* Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

* Contribute to a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized work environment

* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery

* Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards

* Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

* Strong communication abilities and active listening skills

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

* Ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety guidelines

* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays

* Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues as needed

* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work area

* No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
