The Sales Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the sales team, providing administrative and project support across sales systems, proposals, lead management, reporting, and sales enablement. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to creating efficient processes that help the sales team perform at its best.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Hub Spot CRM, ensuringaccuratecustomer, lead, and opportunity data.
Build, update, and organize sales presentations,Digi Decks, case studies, and other salescollateral.
Assist with the development of RFP responses, bid documents, and proposal materials.
Maintain lead generation and procurement databases including opportunity tracking, data maintenance, and reporting.
Identify and implement opportunities toleverageAI tools that improvesalesproductivity, reporting, and administrative workflows.
Monitor and distribute inbound leads andassistwith lead tracking and follow-up reporting.
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, pipeline summaries, and other administrative reporting for sales leadership.
Assist with trade show preparation, customer events, sales meetings, and sales team coordination.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales leadership team.
Salary Range$55,000 to $70,000 annual salary plus benefits
QualificationsAssociate'sor Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, administrative support, customer service, or a related role.
Experience working with CRM systems;
Hub Spot experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in data management, reporting, andmaintainingaccuraterecords.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate activities across departments.
Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable learning andutilizingnew technologies, including AI-powered tools.
Physical DemandsProlonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, telephone, and standard office equipment.
Ability to occasionally lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
Ability to attend trade shows, meetings, and company events as needed.

This positionoperatesin a blended environment that includes both a professional office setting and an active warehouse environment. The role requires regular interaction with warehouse personnel, carriers, vendors, customers, and project teams to support inventory management, material tracking, andlogisticscoordination. Responsibilities include computer-based administrative work, shipment coordination, and time spent in the warehouse supporting receiving, material staging, and shipment preparation. Occasional lifting, standing, and walking within the warehouse may be required.
Occasional travel and extended hours may be necessary to support inventory activities, project schedules, deliveries, or business needs.
