Compensation: Up to $120K + Bonus

This role sits at the intersection of accounting, SOX compliance, and internal controls
—giving you visibility across the business and direct interaction with leadership.

• Lead and support SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
• Partner cross-functionally to design, test, and improve internal controls
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Drive process improvements

• Collaborate with auditors and support internal/external audit activities

• 3–6+ years of accounting experience
• Strong background in SOX, internal controls, or audit
• Experience in manufacturing or inventory-heavy environments strongly preferred
• Exposure to ERP systems (
