Financial Analyst II

• Generate fixed price, cost plus or time and material invoices.
• Issue approved invoices with necessary supporting documents to customers via e‑mail or submission portals.
• Generate weekly finance reports for project managers.
• Monitor and remind project managers about overdue milestones and receivables.
• Issue monthly billing register and invoice copies to corporate tax team.
• Create work breakdown structures as needed within financial accounting system.
• Review timesheet charges of all employees and subcontractors.
• Complete credit applications.
• Initiate new customer setup including third‑party self‑check as needed.
• Support financial month‑end activities.
• Provide monthly headcounts and worked hours report for OSHA reporting.

• BA/BS in Accounting, Business or related field, or comparable experience in lieu of degree, plus minimum 2 years of related work experience. An advanced degree (MS or MBA) may substitute for 1–2 years of related work experience.

Pay Range: $75,000‑$85,000 per year
