Accounts Payable Assistant

The Stroud Group works with hotels, resorts and casinos worldwide to procure all the furniture,

fixtures and equipment for these properties. A certified WBE, we provide solutions to owners and design teams for the most challenging designs, deadlines and budgets for both renovations of existing properties and new builds worldwide.

Located in Columbia, MD, we are searching for someone to join our team as an Accounts

Payable Assistant. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is willing to learn and

looking for job growth.

Qualifications:

• Possess excellent oral and written communications skill
• Has the ability to reconcile accounts and balance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs;
  Word and Excel
• Has the ability to execute a number of tasks and prioritize
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and hardworking

Position Responsibilities

• Enter all project related invoices
• Verify and reconcile invoices to our purchase orders
• Maintain and create AIA spreadsheets
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare Fed Ex labels to send documents
• Answer calls and emails and re-direct as necessary
