Our client is an outpatient cardiology practice.
You run the virtual follow-up schedule. Task list driven. Clean workflows. Clear ownership.

No inbound phone queue. No copay collection. No in-person check-ins.

• Work EMR task list from NP orders
• Schedule follow-up appointments only
• Run eligibility; confirm active coverage
• Ensure referrals are on file
• Assist with prior authorizations
• Manage reminders; reduce no-shows
• Refill canceled slots quickly
• Answer admin pool messages
• Print, fax, mail forms and visit summaries

Remote day:

• Complete scheduling tasks
• Run eligibility and referral checks
• Clear inbox and documentation

• 1+ year medical front desk or scheduling
• Strong insurance eligibility knowledge
• Understand referrals and authorizations
• EMR/EHR experience
• Organized; can manage task lists independently
• High school diploma or GED

• Cardiology or specialty clinic experience
• Centralized scheduling or virtual support experience

• Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour
